I have been on the wait list for a year and my number goes up and down all the time.What is going on there.I need help

Housing Authority of Austin has to be the saddest "opportunity" for people that are struggling to get by. My current property is Georgian Manor, where my rights are constantly being taken from me while the manager Stephanie Clemons and her manager Crystal Riggins could care less to help this community and its residents. I have spoken to so many people that live here that are having the same issues because of the way these two managers treat us. We each have said that we will go to court per eviction. I want a home for my son and I, BUT these apartments are already throwing everyone under the bus and not giving us opportunities to grow, even after asking multiple times. I hope these managers will eventually be suspended from there titles soon.

I receive subsidized housing through the Housing Authority of the City of Austin. The staff really seem to care about your needs. Shout out to Ruth Silva and Heidi Swanson, thank you for all your hard work. I am so grateful to have affordable housing here in Austin. The apartment complex I live at is the best! From management to maintenance they are there ready to assist you. The folks of Austin have a fine bunch of people working on their behalf.
