Dear Foster Alliance, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you—from the bottom of my heart—for everything you do for children and families in foster care. The love, care, and support you provide truly make a difference in ways that words can’t fully capture. When three babies were dropped off to us with nothing, we were overwhelmed and unsure how we were going to meet all of their needs. But you stepped in without hesitation and provided beds, clothes, car seats, diapers, hygiene items, sheets for the beds, and even a crib with sheets. You gave us not just supplies, but peace of mind and the ability to care for these babies the way they deserved. I am especially grateful for the help you gave me personally. When we had nothing, you provided us with as much formula as we needed. That support meant everything to us—it took away so much fear and stress during a really difficult time and made sure our baby was cared for. I will never forget that kindness. Every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and remembered, and your organization helps make that possible. Whether it’s providing essential items, creating moments of joy, or simply reminding these children that they matter, your work brings comfort and hope during what can be some of the most uncertain times in their lives. It’s clear that what you do comes from a place of genuine compassion, and that kindness ripples far beyond what you may ever see.
