They hardly ever answer phones, no matter what number you press for whatever service needed. And even when you leave countless of voicemails updating them about things, and asking them to call you back especially when you're told you need to get something took care of in a certain amount of time (which also is given a very short time frame for a important document) and it was a near impossible task. But calling every day, and leaving voice mails to call you back as soon as possible, or at their earliest convenience even after they knew I have a very short time line to get a representative.. and the importance behind that information. And literally, never once getting a call back from them at all. Not any of the secretary's or lawyers or anything! NOT to mention this calling and leaving voice mails and never getting a call back lasted for a solid 2 weeks and still going strong.
