They are very disorganized, very slow and also inept. I agree with all the other one star reviews. Avoid go some else for this service. The only reviews over 1 star for this hole are not actually reviews for this place which is hilarious

If I could leave ACT&T a negative star review I would. If someone recommends you to attend this facility for treatment DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. Seek therapy elsewhere. Anyone who recommends this place does not have your best interests in mind.
From the start communication with ACT&T was a nightmare. Just getting an assessment took multiple months of back and forth with the Admin (who is the owners wife) where she constantly forgot who I was, and paperwork I'd provided them. It took me nearly three years to get into this program, while the admin dropped off the face of the planet and had basically no contact with me. 99% of their documents are barely readable.
The owner (Keith) will pretend to see you as the victim and come from a place of understanding and then write completely false information on your compliance reports that you said to him in private or in group sessions in order to empower your victim and purposely keep you in the program even longer. You will be belittled and feel small in front of the other members of group sessions, and when you try to vent frustrations and talk about things you will be shut down and silenced. Keith will often poke fun at your situation to purposely antagonize you as well.
If by some miracle you are able to finish the nearly 500+ pages of "homework" they have you do (with little guidance, that they do not check) and you move on from "Weekly" to "Monthly" and you attend "DV Dads" (a program ONLY owned by ACT&T, trust me there are better parenting DV classes out there) the second something is filed in court they will push you back to "Weekly" group sessions so they can "monitor" you. The admin will privately ask you to bring up topics that will trigger other members during group sessions, simply because they do not like them and want to set back less "popular" members.
You will be prodded for any bit of information they can use against you like your job, other relationships, family, income. All of it will be used against you in compliance reports while they reassure you that you are doing well and your reports show you in a good light to the court.
If you even step slightly "out of line" you'll be kicked out of the program and to re-enter it you'll be asked to take a $10,000 mental health evaluation, if the results are positive in your favor then ACT&T will just deny the legitimacy of the evaluation (or anyone who disagrees with them).
Time and time again I have watched good men who are sincere and want to atone for the sins of their past come through here only for ACT&T to abuse, manipulate, and lie to their members and completely screw with their lives which just makes recovery even harder.
