Excellent shelter with tons of services for those in need. They provide career assistance as well as meals including to families or any hungry person. They have clothes, and so much more.

I dropped a friend off here to stay the night. This shelter is the best one around. I no from experience they helped me out years ago. 2 thumbs up

Anytime I need furniture moved, I always hire our homeless at the Anchorage Gospel Rescue Mission, because they are always willing to work

It's not the shelter, it's the people. The shelter administration and building is sophisticated and clean, however the Anchorage locals who inhabit the facility are some of the worst of the worst. It's not the facility's fault that Anchorage is a wasteland plagued with degenerates. The homeless shelter does their job effectively by feeding and housing the less fortunate in a hygienic and timely manner, but sadly they can't save the inhabitants of an apocalypse ridden land.

I have witnessed them help 100+ people like help them over and over as long as they need it no paperwork just ask for what you need so amazing they still exist give all you can they have remained in good standing with no scandals for the last 20yrs Truly are needed hear please give what you can give a little on the corner but really give to the mission they help so many men and women !
