I am a first time momma, and we just moved to Seward recently from the East Coast…finding out we were pregnant away from home was still amazing but daunting as well…I was recommended to check this birth center out and I have had such an AMAZING experience so far! Everyone from the midwives to the front desk receptionist to the woman who gave us a tour of the birth center after our first appointment have been WONDERFUL to speak with. They are upbeat, kind and actually listened and responded to everything I had to say. Weather it be in person or over the phone I feel like they have genuinely given me the time that I need with them without feeling rushed or like I am incompetent in some way and it is so refreshing to experience that in a provider and their staff! Thank you for making me feel safe and heard as we step into a really big life transition in a new place!

Great experience birthing my now 5 year old here. Midwives were so helpful and kind.

I received excellent care here throughout my pregnancy and after birth. Each midwife really cared and spent time not only to ensure the health of myself and baby but also to get to know me and just to listen. If you have ever given birth at a hospital then you will surely appreciate that. My labor was very rapid. Laura met me roughly 30 minutes after I called the after hours line. An hour and a half later I gave birth. Because of how fast I labored I was in intense pain and very overwhelmed. I didn't think I could do it. But with the help of Cindy and Laura I did. Even though it was hard and I had difficulty communicating I always felt like I was the one in control. Nothing was ever done without my consent and I was always asked to do thing like move or if a cervical check could be done. I was never ordered or in any way pressured. Having these ladies was comforting like having your mom. After giving birth they didn't just ignore me until my 6 week follow up. They called to check in. Also, the newborn screening came back positive for a genetic abnormality. Cindy called us and immediately got the retest done the same day that results came back. As soon as the second test came back Felicity immediately took care of everything(on a Saturday) to coordinate with our pediatrician for emergency care for our son as his condition is life threatening. The care you will receive with these ladies is really unequalled.

Had my last baby here! WONDERFUL place with WONDERFUL birth assistants and midwives... makes me want to have another baby! LOVE these women.
