So I never actually used this companies services however I was in their parking lot looking for an address which I could not find. While stopped in their parking lot using a nice shade tree as cover while I got my sh.T together my phone battery died on me. It was only minutes later a lady happen to be out side the building who asked me if I needed anything at which time I explained my dilemma. She was very kind and offered to lend me her phone so that I could call company I was originally looking to locate. We talked for a little, her name was Denise and she was an accountant for the company. Because of Denise I was able to find my destination and move on with my life. It’s people like her that this world needs more of.

The staff associated with this organization are nice and professional. However, if you have more than one insurance company you need for them to bill, they will not bill them, even if it's Medicare. I was told it's their policy NOT to bill a secondary insurance. So I now have over $240 I have been unable to recover from my secondary insurance due to their "POLICY".
