they NEVER answer the phone … these people don’t really want to help you. they lack communication on every level. just very unprofessional all around

I wish the people that worked here actually cared for the people they are servicing. It’s unfortunate.

I wrote out a very detailed letter way back in summer of last year 2021 about my many changes in my household and what i wanted changes but my stuff never updated on the wait list!? I called several times to speak with someone about it and everytime I tried to explain the problem to the operator she always had a different reason finally I called early this month and firmly asked to speak with the housing specialist so once I was connected to her I explained everything and she did her job and found my letter that was never given to her within the day! She even called me to let me know and make sure I knew I would be put on the proper place on the wait list! I'm very pleased with this now that it's solved hopefully I get my voucher soon
