Such nice staff !! i came in for my iud removal it was 2 years expired and was scared of being judged for waiting so long to get it out but the staff was very respectful and talked me through the whole process! It had to be the easiest thing i’ve done . The nurse even offered me water to calm me down before getting it out and was trying to talk me out of the stress! i really appreciate everyone working there !

I can appreciate what they are doing as its a great source for women, but their communication is very poor. Bed side manner could be much better. I went for IUD Removal. I was sent across town for what I thought would be ultrasound guided removal (because its what the gynecologist told me it would be) and instead was basic ultrasound imaging. They wasted my time. They said they have to refer often for IUD removals with ultrasound OFTEN and yet do not have a place they refer. YET I found a gyno who was able to do it without ultrasound guidance. I would not recommend coming here for IUD removal unless you like a wild goose chase.
