Highly don’t recommend!! Especially if you are court ordered!! Unorganized!!! Unprofessional!! Prices will double few months into service. I wasn’t the only one, but multiple people told me they had the same thing happen to them with prices going from $5000+ to over $10,000+ They won’t release my records to courts for compliance reports or to my new provider after multiple calls and request. I have since changed to new provider that is great to work with and organized and does things by the book. I need to stay in compliance with the court. Court says they have had a lot of complaints of the same issue and problems with this company. The new provider and myself can’t get them to send my personal medical records nor compliance reports after multiple requests. So now it forces me to start the process all over again. It’s been 7 months since transferring and multiple request with Zero Action. Go figure their name is action 🥴! Margret their is great and she truly is their to help people but beyond that and how the company is run is just a disaster. I had to start keeping track of my own records while I was there with pictures for proof for my probation officer and myself. just to stay out of jail and in compliance! Highly don’t recommend this company as now I have to jump through hoops through DSHS to report them and hopefully it will result in me getting my personal records. I Shouldn’t have to jump through hoops after hoop for them to give me my medical records and nor should I have to report the disturbing facts that they won’t release my personal medical information to me or my provider!!! Be careful and weary of this company if it’s court ordered for you will probably face the same challenges I have and others.

I showed up 15 mins early, as usual. I sat for over 1 hour for the "counselor" to show up! Then I got the paperwork to fill out because the other person didn't start me. Now I'm in court, and Non-Action didn't send over my evaluation. Just another day, missing work turns into having to come back. Our system is broke....unless your illegal.

They are never on time, they don't answer the phone nor the door, they take forever to get you set-up for an EVAL, the counselor wanted me to take on a domestic violence treatment when I was referred over for anger management, had to be rescheduled, waited outside for them to open the door. Margaret (the counselor) straightforward assumed I was to lie on my paperwork without even knowing me. Paid $100 for this. Not to recommend, go elsewhere
