I been here since August 27,2022 and trust I will never go back. The child advocate Kacy is racist but all the other staff is awesome, they do not help u get to a safer place when needed you do have to come out of pocket to travel yourself not to mention you do have to give your driver's license insurance paper n registration card just to get a gas gift card. This is not a place to really stay only tell you can get from point A to point B. First 30 days are free after your 30days you gotta pay😒 ask yourself is this a shelter for you and your sweet lil angels

Super disappointed in this place. Three times I’ve called and was promised a call back and never received one. It’s scary because these people are the ones that need help the most and have been ignored by everyone else only to be ignored by the people who promise to help.

The lack of communication, and for the price a person has to pay the center for a visitation, one would think that this place would have better accommodations. Not sure how often the toys get cleaned, one day there's popcorn the next day there's not, have a camera from probably 4 years ago that is allowed to take pictures with. If they can find it. Otherwise not allowed to bring in cell phones but person working there would take pictures with your phone. If I wasn't on supervised visitation, I would not be at this place. Unfortunately, this is the only place for miles and miles around that a person can have a supervised visit with your children... On the other hand though they are willing to work with you and so far as a payment, but trying to schedule visitation with your child is up to them and often times it takes a long time to find out if and when The other party agrees to a visitation.
