I can not even express in words how blessed I am to have had and still have team members from Abiding Love in my life. The decision of adopting your baby out is one of the most difficult decisions you will ever have to make as a woman in life. I can say that personally the process of finding perspective parents was guided in every step I took. The background check of the parents are explored much deeper than most agencys and it makes you feel so much more safe in your decision. This agency is for the adoptive mother and makes this experience as comfortable as possible. Everything you have questions on is explained to you to the fullest. At the end of this process they then provide the birth mother with counseling. The counseling I was going to turn down, but I thank God that I took the opportunity. Most of all I have been able to find sisters in Christ that I know I can always depend on if I ever need them. Thank you Abiding Love ❤️

They seemed trustworthy and caring at first, but they lied about how much it would cost. Told the prospective adoptive parents not to worry about the pricing, but last minute when we had arranged plans for me (pregnant mother) to relocate tomorrow, they told the parents they needed to pay an *outrageous* amount of money, and so now I cannot relocate (Because the price was outrageous, nobody would be able to afford it) and have no place to stay since i told landlord and employers i would be leaving. This has taken a great toll on both the prospective adoptive parents, and me. Do not trust this agency unless you want to be backstabbed and scammed.

Walking the unknown path of adoption was terrifying. I, like many, only knew of closed adoption, and anytime I attempted to learn more about adoption from other agencies, I felt like a “walking incubator” that I was a supply to a demand. It wasn’t until mutual friends introduced me to Carrie, with Abiding Love, that I felt seen and heard. She sat with me, answered all my questions, provided facts, not her opinions, and walked alongside me. For instance, she helped me understand the legal process of adoption, connected me with a birth mom to talk with, and provided post-placement care, such as a birth mom support group. 10+ years later, she still keeps in contact. Abiding Love does not see women as a commodity. They truly practice what they preach: “Never Alone, Never Forgotten, Always Loved.” Their ongoing support and care have been a constant reassurance in my journey. If you are unsure about adoption or just curious about what it entails, I highly recommend Abiding Love. Just talking with them does not commit you to anything. It allows you to explore your options without feeling pressured or rushed.
