The sign said open. The door was locked. I stood there for 3 minutes as I knocked on the door. No one answered but I heard foot steps moving around. Will never go back no matter how bad I need help. I don't have the time to drive from tremonton for them just to be closed!

Fake health center. Do not go here unless you want to be shamed for being a female. Also just don't go to a health center that's also a "religious organization". Nothing good will come of this.
