This place is a joke for any woman or person looking for real choice, support and options. I went with my friend as her support person. She was pulled into a room alone where she was questioned heavily about her life (not medical history or anything relevant to her quality of life), shown videos of developing fetuses and asked to get an ultrasound, all before even getting a pregnancy test administered. She was given a due/delivery date, even after the test (urine test) was negative. She was also urged to adopt out to roommates/friends, even though she expressed it wasn’t a good idea for her or the potential baby under current circumstances. This is yet another “facility” luring people in under the guise of support of all options, only to spread anti-choice propaganda. Choice does not matter here. This is not a medical office, zero HIPPA documents. They support fetuses/babies, not humans who are in need of real choice and options. I’m certain they are fantastic to people wanting to give birth. But for others, stay away, please.

As a new mom to be, I highly recommend the parenting and birth classes here. Our instructor Juliana is so sweet, patient, professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I took the Expectant Parents Mentoring Program which included both expectant parents and birth classes part. It is a private tailored one to one class program with no charges at all. They even gave us a new baby gift for celebrating our completion of all the classes. We both love the program and appreciate it as well.

I highly recommend you to attend classes in Ithaca Pregnancy Center. In this special period, although the face-to-face course is not available, we can also learn lots of practical knowledge using Zoom Meeting, including newborn care, newborn routine, breastfeeding, etc. Get more knowledge during pregnancy will definitely help you greatly and reduce the anxiety after birth. We successfully completed our course in less than a month, and have gained really a lot. Thanks you Juliana for your guidance and patience.

The Pregnancy Center has been extremely helpful, generous and informative! Our instructor was so genuine and loving with us and shared so many important things about parenthood and taking care of a new baby. We are just so grateful and would recommend it to anyone we care about!

I am pregnant with my first baby and was looking for some classes to take in preparation...for the birthing process itself and caring for a child afterwards. I found that the Ithaca Pregnancy Center offered FREE classes and was ecstatic. I called immediately and got signed up for one on one classes. We meet the first day and discussed what I already knew and what I needed help with...so everything was specifically geared towards me. I had already taken another class through the hospital so we were able to skip some things I already knew. The counselor recommended some books to read for further information...so I ran right down the street to the library and got the audio version...which was entertaining and informative:) The counselor was personable and had experienced many different "child situations" herself, so I found her very relatable and knowledgeable. I went there looking for some general information but found a group of supportive ladies to help me on my new journey. I will definitely be going back after my baby is born in two weeks just to catch up and get good strong advice on parenting this new baby.
