It is not confidential as they claimed, they will spread your information to other businesses and will get out to whoever you are connected within Ithaca as in programs. They use personal information to gain for their own selfish reasons. The front desk lady is being very persistent in asking about what’s going on in my life to the point she was getting offended of my own privacy and making smart remarks because of MY own views. You will be judged there and talked about. - Update do not let them gaslight you.

My partner and I had a very positive experience here. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews because I did not encounter anything remotely close to those claims. I experienced kindness, patience, and personalized, empathetic care. We both agreed that it was the most pleasant prenatal experience we've had to date and it was especially helpful as we are traveling from out of town to be able to receive care while away from home. We felt warm and at ease from start to finish and even walked away with a pair of adorable knitted booties! You don't often find care that doesn't break the bank in this country, so I am very glad this center exists!

As someone struggling on a challenging road with pregnancy I can say confidently that Finger Lakes Pregnancy Care is the real deal when it comes to human kindness and individual care. Navigating the obstetrical community and larger organizations dedicated to pregnancy can be intimidating and depersonalizing. The safe non-biased non-judgmental energy of this space goes above and beyond expectations and hopes for the support needed during fragile times. It is sad that people who don't actually know who and what this organization is judge and demean a crucial care environment. Mostly what I can say is kindness lives here.
