Pregnancy Choices Indy is a group of five pregnancy resource centers in Central Indiana that offer confidential and free services to clients. They provide pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, education, peer counseling, and post-abortive support. The services are designed to support individuals throughout their pregnancy, from confirming pregnancy to providing maternity and baby items. Additionally, the organization offers resources and referrals for medical, housing, and social services, as well as education on parenting, adoption, and abortion, aiming to provide information and support so individuals can make informed decisions.
