I’ve placed two children through CPO. I have one closed adoption and one open. Although closed adoption isn’t something cpo ever intends to happen it does & it’s the adoptive families decision not the agency. My open adoption has been amazing every moment of the last 9 years. CPO has helped me with many things post adoption like therapy services. Whenever I’m struggling there are people I can reach out to at the agency and they have group for birth moms monthly. If you are considering adoption or even need support while you parent your child cpo is the place to go.
