Clarity Solutions

I was really disappointed with my experience at Clarity Solutions. A family friend recommended them, and I was excited to schedule an ultrasound to confirm my pregnancy. The first available appointment was a week out, which was already a bit of a wait. Unfortunately, on the very morning of my appointment, I received a call at 9 AM informing me that it was canceled due to the doctor, I was seeing being out of office that day. This was incredibly upsetting, as I had been eagerly anticipating this appointment to get some clarity. To make matters worse, my boyfriend had taken a day off from school to be there for the ultrasound, and now that day is wasted. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I wish Clarity Solutions had notified me sooner so we could have made alternative arrangements. The last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope they can improve their communication and scheduling practices in the future!

Had a good time was very informative and helpful i had my kids with me and they were so kind and had things for them to do i felt very welcomed. I honestly have to say there was nothing to complain about I loved my experience

I truly can't say enough good about Clarity Solutions, the wonderful staff there and what a priceless resource they are in our community. When we found out we might be miscarrying, our Doctor couldn't see us for several days and, as you can imagine, that felt like torture. Clarity made time for us early the very next day. In retrospect, I believe this happened just as it should. We were treated with dignity, tenderness, kindness and respect. We felt so seen and cared for during our visit, we were not hurried or treated as just another case. The nurse showed genuine concern and empathy for what we were going through and took the time to talk us through everything and give us the space and time we needed to process. She also followed up with us the next day to check on us and let us know we were being covered in prayer. I will always be so grateful to Clarity for being a light in a very dark time for us. ❤️
