I visited Center of Hope because I needed a quick appointment and expected a straightforward visit. Instead, the appointment turned into a very long conversation focused heavily on religious beliefs. I was asked many personal questions about my faith for about 30 minutes before getting to the reason I came in. While I understand the organization may be faith-based, I was not expecting to be questioned extensively about my personal beliefs. Toward the end of the visit, a comment was made that I found very inappropriate and unrelated to the reason for my visit. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. People seeking basic services should be able to do so without feeling judged or pressured into religious conversations.

Staff is very kind. They provided helpful information and free everything which was great being that I was only 21 at the time with my first pregnancy!

They were very sweet and It was a nice place! I recommend anyone to use them!
