The lady was extremely rude. I yild her yhat on sugn it said yo vall to gain entry and she said well on our websiye it doesn't. Then wouldnt let any one elsr in and she started refering to other places, agencys in odessa that do the exact same thing. Felt very unwelcomed and felt forced for her to help. If i cld give 0 stars i would.
