We worked with Adoption Choices of Arizona to adopt both of our sons and could not be happier with our decision. After spending a year with a large national agency—with no matches and a significant upfront cost—we decided to look for something more local and personal. From the moment we did our orientation with Cindy at Adoption Choices, we knew we were in good hands. Within just a few months, we were matched with our first son’s birth mother, and about a month later, we brought him home. We developed a close relationship with his birth mother and were so grateful to know that her experience with the agency was also smooth and supportive which was also really important to us. When we were ready to grow our family again, we knew that we wanted to work with them for our second adoption. This time, we worked closely with Muriel, the Executive Director, who essentially served as our caseworker. Muriel is incredibly skilled at what she does—even in the most complex situations and we feel lucky to have matched with another amazing birth mom and bring home another amazing baby boy! The agency is supportive, nonjudgmental, and has a real gift for creating meaningful, well-matched connections between birth parents and adoptive families. We truly don’t think we could have built our family the way we dreamed without this amazing agency and their incredible team. Adoption is such a deeply personal and emotional journey, and we feel so lucky to have had this kind of experience.

We cannot praise Cindy enough. She helped do our home study, which in itself can be stressful. She made that process so easy, and answered any questions we had along the way. Once that was done, we felt so comfortable with her that we signed with Adoption Choices of Arizona for placement opportunities. One came in from their sister company, Adoption Choices of Kansas. We were lucky to be picked by the mother and within 7 month we have our little boy. The Adoption process can be confusing for both the birth mother and for families seeking to adopt, but Cindy and the team made it less stressful.
