They don't update you. Will never contact you. I'm supposed to pass my child around like a volley ball but still can't get an ounce of information from them. No phone calls. Won't pick up the phone and when they do it's they need to talk to someone else and get back to you but never do. Very disappointed in the way this is going down. Don't go to court around Christmas. Aparently tiz the season to not do your job. Update: still can't contact them or get information. Not just Christmas is an all day everyday thing with them. So sad our court system is such a mess and fails all the victims.

Assnt D.A. is not returning phone calls. Admin is not allowing anyone to to talk to her. Case is going on a year held up and no sign of movement or if it will be left to dismissal. Negative reviews are being filtered so beware of the positive ones. Go to the State bar and file a complaint like I did if you are not getting anywhere.

They unfairly work with the Police in an iniquitous manner, they do everything that they are convicting you of. They lie on their police reports and the DA doesn't even question it. To busy writing oppressive laws. charge a person with two offences so one is guaranteed to stick if one can't afford to hire a lawyer. Reminds me of Isaiah 10: verses 1 & 2 "Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, Who write misfortune, Which they have prescribed 2 To rob the needy of justice, And to take what is right from the poor of My people, That widows may be their prey, And that they may rob the fatherless.

Jason Weiner doesn't keep you informed throughout the case, you have to call and ask for information. My 2yr old son was physically harmed while in the care of my sister's boyfriend. And he withdrew the case due to "new information". I will be getting a lawyer so I can get justice for my child. They believed my sister's lies over everyone. And she wasn't even there. She knew where he was the entire time. And she lied to the detective and everyone about everything and got away with this. Including my uncle I garuntee she had him lie considering a week before a grand jury she said all charges would be dropped and what do u know.... They were... Hmmm
