The so called customer care is a joke! The people are rude. The people that work here are extremely rude and never provide information. When u call they WILL NOT let you speak to your case worker and say they will have someone call you back in 3-5 days, but they NEVER call. Then when you call back they get even more rude and still NEVER let you speak to case workers. There needs to be some accountability. They should NOT be allowed to be as rude and obnoxious as they are. Just because i owe child support that doesn't give these people the right to be rude and insulting.

Customer service and case workers are horrible. Everything is anti-dad. Any level of reciprocal information is a challenge. Everything is telling why you are calling but no answers or solutions. Horrible training and bad service.

I cannot find anyone who will help, it's been 12 years since my childsupport was paid in full, and I have started to get payments and garnishments taken out again, problem is there's nothing more I can do, they will not help me

The " Customer Service " call center should really be called an answering service because they know about as much as my dog does. There is no consistency between reps or information provided. The case workers for the most part are incompetent and overloaded with cases. My recommendation is to use birth control so you never have to deal with this agency!!! Lol What a joke

I have had great experience with the customer service. Very friendly and respectful. My only issue is they change case workers like underwear. I've been paying my child support, but get nothing staing you have a new case worker. Last time I asked for my case worker to call me back was 5 years ago and got no call. So hopefully I will get a call from my new case worker in 3 business days. Well case worker didn't call instead sent a letter in all Caps. Very unprofessional that she couldn't give me the respect to call me back. Because of her my star went to 1
