If you dont have medicaid you wont be treated..... youll make an appointment and they wont call you.... youll call in to check the status of the appointment and end up canceled because you dont have medicaid.

This is the worst place I’ve ever had to go to. First of all, the people kept cancelling my sessions and some wouldn’t even bothered I had to change social worker many times because they didn’t take me seriously. Second of all, they don’t even help from the various people I had counsel me none helped. Literally one even insulted me like thanks, and another one was rude and rolled her eyes every time we called. This place is the worse. If you’re trying to help your mental health please choose another place.

Had appointment at 2pm. I contacted 1 hour later to ask why I wasn't seen yet but they gave me the runaround. Called at 4:40pm again but was told everone left for the day. I was never called back to let me know I wasn't going to be seen nor to have the appointment rescheduled. They did call me early in the morning to get their money. This is the worst experience with a doctor I've had.

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Maybe the children’s section is better but I have not had any good experiences with the adult section. They told me to come in for my in person appointment. I was coming in for a diagnostic exam that is usually done in person due to the techniques used. So we drove the 30-40mins drive, just for them to bring me into a room and turn on the computer in order to connect me to the nurse practitioner through a video chatting platform. Seriously? Gas money can pile up and it was extremly difficult for me to get an appointment for my diagnositc exam. What makes this worse is that the nurse practioner was extremely condescending and dismissive. He claimed that since “I had good grades in school” I couldn’t be struggling with the disorders I was suspecting I could have. We even went through a checklist of the specific disorder and even though I checked off almost everything on the list he still said that if I had this disorder I would’ve known already. My family is from a devoloping country and we did not have the proper resources and knowledge growing up for me to be evaluated early on. He said that it was beyond his scope to do any formal diagnostic exam for these disorders with me and that I would need to speak to someone else. Mind you I had asked the receptionist when making the appointment if I would be coming in for a diagnostic exam and she had assured me yes. They did not provide me with the services I had made the appointment for and wasted my time. This place was extremely unprofessional and I will not be coming again.

I have been trying to get housing with tropical for 2 years now. I have spoken to so many different people. Seems like staff is always changing. Till this day I still have not gotten a place . I have had nothing but trouble with this place. Employees are not trained properly to help assist with the program i placed under. I was told by a employee I should have had housing a long time ago. I’ve been working really hard to get a hold them. They have recently not been answering phone calls at all for weeks. I t seems like the have no idea what they are doing. I have now.contacted Fair housing. Because there was a place available at a apt complex I had picked. When I told them what program I was in . They told me they didn’t work with that program. So I feel discriminated against..It’s been a nightmare for my daughter and I. Make sure you stay in touch with them and make sure that you understand that you have to be on top them. Because they don’t follow through. Because they are confused about what they are doing and constantly changing staff. As well as missinforming you about different situations. Not happy at all with this facility that is supposed to work on helping people. Very disappointed. It has caused me a lot of depression pain and anxiety.
