A friend of mine was kicked out of the house she was living in an homeless but she was told that she didn't qualify for the HOPE center , she's said they aren't a homeless shelter, this woman could die on the street because this place wouldn't let her stay an help get her the resources she needed to help. What do you need to do to qualify?
