Anticipate sitting on hold for at least 30 to 45 minutes before you get to speak to someone & usually the whole conversation lasts maybe 5 minutes.

I am in a federal program working. This program has told me income is exempt from requirements of JOBS AND SNAP. I first gave all the information to my JOBS supervisor. She did not update my case or reach out to the contact information I provided for verification. I then get a letter saying JOBS is assigning me to the site. I was already working 40hrs a week and I am contracted to do so for one year. I informed them that I cannot be assigned this site and I should not be required to do hours since I’m working with this program and emailed proof. Not only did they give me a hard time, my supervisor’s supervisor even gave me a hard claiming that I’m required to complete hours. She then put a 6month sanction on my case even though I had proof of me working 40hrs a week. I had to call in 4times before somebody knew what this program was… so I got a call from another supervisor who told everything is being updated and corrected I am indeed exempt…. 2weeks later somebody from food stamps called again but leaves no voicemail. I called back the woman looks over my case and says she doesn’t see anything. Now today my food stamp case is closed because they claim I did not verify anything. The worker told me she can see the notes where the supervisor called and said they were updating my case and that I don’t have to do anything else. But she asked her supervisor and they said to keep it closed until I verify but it will take at least 10years to reopen my case. School has started and I’m cut off from food stamps even after I provided verifications before and they confirmed I’m working.

I was receiving SNAP benefits due to being disabled, which I have all medical documentation to prove, and I have provided to Stark County prior. Despite all my medical documentation my SNAP has been canceled. Who do I contact to have this investigated? I have had functional capacity tests, I even have a doctor's note that says I CAN NOT work. This feels like discrimination.
