Turned down for help when there was a life threatening crisis. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants actual help. It is a black hole organization who just takes money but likes to run people off so they can keep it and not have to utilize it

I experienced a full month of abuse from the staff at Spring Haven and witnessed them treat other women poorly. When I stood up for myself and the other women there I was tricked into staying at a hotel for a "cooling" off period and if I didn't take the offer they would call the cops on me?! After checking out of the hotel spring haven said I was kicked out and didn't help at all in fact they refused any help during and after being in that shelter that was made to feel like a prison. This place needs to be put on notice and I know it's not the first time they abused their power.
