Cause of them not doing they jobs in time i lost my niece to the SYSTEM after going to them since August of 2022 to get help but a week ago they took her from me and now they want to send me all these Apologies after the damage is done. Then i asked them for a log in sheet to show the courts that i tried to get legal help an that i did not kidnap my niece and they can't even much do that for me considering its their fault.

Definitely recommened OF YOU NEED THEM when you least expect it!!! They reached out to me due to false allegations made from my former apartment complex; NOLA Apartments, I rented from and made the whole process quite easy!!!! I seldom have spare time, so they stepped in when I couldn't. They listened to me, heard my complaints, and not only helped me with the current situation I was in with NOLA Apartments but also with another situation I was facing and so desparately needed help with!!! I will definitely be giving a review for NOLA Apartment's in the near future and won't be giving many stars! I wish there were options for -Stars bc they would be ones that DESERVE such rating!!!!

I've never gone to court, or had legal problems my entire life until recently and I brought that up to the attention to the attorney & she took her time to explain everything to me and helped me with a solution to my problem for my unemployment case This law firm really wants to help people! I called the Covington office at 4pm as it says it closes at 5 on the website. When I called ; I barely got through my Statement before the secretary cut me off very aggressively stating they were closing. She asked me what I needed with a very exasperated tone. I explained that I had applied in the past and was denied but that my situation had changed and she cut me off again and rushed me saying “ ok well what do you need “ and as I was again trying to explain myself she just kept cutting me off and so I finally said mam you’re rushing me off the phone but according to the website there’s still an hour before closing and you’re asking me what do I need but you work there and if you can’t explain what the services are then how do expect me ; who is calling for help ; to define them!!!? She was one of the worst mannered phone receptionists I’ve ever encountered and if you’re that impatient and dismissive working at a non profit then God help the people who call and can barely speak English!!! I haven’t called back because after she made me feel like I had no reason to be calling she said call back on Monday and hung up on me! I feel sorry for their clients seems like they despise business or anyone Calling for information!

I Called regarding a custody case and spoke to the Lawyer name Jack. He came off very rude and seemed as if I was wasting his time! Lawyers are supposed to have potential clients best interest and try to gain knowledge. But all I received was bliss of ignorance and arrogance!
