My therapist here was great besides the fact she would talk to me about her other clients and explain how we related. Which I felt was unprofessional. And every time I signed in I would still be late for my appointment because unless you are sitting right in front of the desk they'll forget you're there. It has happened to me multiple times.

I would not recommend this place. I had worked with someone named Cassie and she was very rude and condescending. She seems very poorly trained for the job. Because of the rude behavior by the staff here, I ended up finding Great Lakes Psychology Group, which I have been super happy with!

The counslers are good put the billing department has no clue on what they are doing. They continuously charge the wrong amount then figure it down the road, sending you a bill that needs to be paid immediately or you won’t be seen. If you call to cancel an appointment make sure it’s more than 24 hrs advance notice if it’s 23 they won’t cut you any slack, even though you have been a long time customer. They have a VERY unorganized office help.
