I wish I could do zero stars but google makes me put at least one. I will NEVER donate to Salvation Army again, only goodwill from now on. 3 weeks ago I scheduled a pick up for today because that was the soonest available. I had half a garage full of stuff (clothes, furniture, baby stuff, etc). It took me a long time to fill out the online forms to make sure I had everything listed that I needed them to take. They gave me a 30 minute notice before they arrived today, which was fine I kind of expected that, so I made sure my mom was at my house because I had to take my newborn to have blood drawn. When the truck arrived they told my mom they couldn’t take anything except one stool (not even the second one it the set) and a box of clothes. They told her they would have to reschedule to take anything else because they “didn’t want to take the wrong stuff”. I called to speak with a representative at Salvation Army and he said that my ticket had been changed online a couple days ago (not by me, I hadn’t gotten back on there since the original scheduling) and that none of the stuff was on the ticket! So I would have to reschedule again and it won’t be for another 3 weeks! The guys on the truck were very rude to my mom and the guy on the was extremely rude and unwilling to help at all!! I told him not to bother rescheduling, I will take everything to goodwill.

I call and show up to get assistance and I can never get thru to anyone.... I have left numerous voicemails and no call backs...

I went there to Joined the Senior's Citizens Center and I Also got help through the Army Salvation Army for Food And they Helped me like no Other Place has ever. I been Turned away.to many time's That I didn't wanna ask. I just Asked my God to help Me get through the days I have to live. Cause no one Owes me Nothing.Every one Has their own life.we all Carry a Package. Until God Takes us Home.but bless This People at Salvation Army Who Helped me out.

Ill just say... Anytime OR everytime i go, i never get any assistance... I've noticed the people in the extremely nice car get the help...
