Wouldn't help me

This place treat these battered women like they're abuser. The person who runs the shelter is heartless and have no compassion. I met some amazing women who came there for a place of escape. The staff are an evil click. They did care for me as a coworker. I'll never forget this place ever. Most of the woman stated they rather go back to the abuse because they were being abused by the shelter director. I pray God's mercy on the shelter in Selma Alabama.

You can go their and talk without being judge and if you get the right person who has been thur it themselves tgey are kind and understanding. They can't talk to anyone about whst you are saying to them. Call when yiu need to to. Our so call friendvNd relatives can't keep secret and can get you hurt if your abuser hear anything about him or her. So call when you get a change to be alone to talk. You make the one step to save your life and if you have children's,your children's life too.
