I reached out to the crisis line and was met with criticism and hate. I ended the conversation feeling hurt and without answers. Supervisor did not connect me to director. I would love to speak to the director regarding this dangerous interaction.

Staff can be amazing. Management not so much. They have attitude problems and a history of turning away those who need help. ok for crisis as long as your not chronically ill and would not advise for victims.
