Had pain issues last several days. But last 2 days was unbearable Went to Elite Care in Plano. From 1st entering the door to leaving was excellent. Excellent staff from Rachel,Nurse Lydia, Lute, Dr. Dannemiller very very happy. Highly confident with my treatment. Highly recommend this as being you emergency clinic. Update.... never could get a call back on few concerns I had with any nurse, Dr. on duty. Found other treatment elsewhere. Pain is almost over now.

I brought my 19 years old daughter to Elite Care with bad allergies. They were great and treated her amazingly! Also, we got a very reasonable charge. Since then, whenever she had to take a COVID test, she always go there saying that it’s the best and most efficient place. My son and I had to be tested and they were very efficient and very quick. We highly recommend them!

Thankfully I have never had to attend an ER clinic, but due to an emergency I had to find the nearest clinic. My experience could not have been better! Melissa at the front was incredibly nice and helpful. RN Jimmy is an awesome dude— he was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Dr. McNair is the kind of doctor you’d want to visit under any circumstances— very nice, great sense of humor, and undoubtedly wholehearted. I can’t imagine the amount of stress and work that they have been under, especially during the holiday season, but you would never guess by how awesome the entire staff is. Great people!

Elite Care was wonderful to my family when we had an emergency while traveling. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient--everything you need in an ER visit. We were taken care of so quickly and left with our radiology disc/results and complete discharge information. We were very impressed with Dr. Longdon, who was very professional and kind. I liked how she thought of each thing that my husband needed and seemed to really care about his pain. Our nurse, Jimmy, took the time to talk with us, tell a few jokes, and explain what to expect and how to manage at home. Cassandra, the tech, was kind and patient with us as well. Rachel, the registrar, got us in quickly and we appreciated being seen so fast thanks to her. I have previously worked in a really great free-standing ER before and coming to this one made me miss my old job. We would definitely recommend Elite Care, thank you for your care!

The whole staff was great! Fatima is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the ER! Cassandra was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable when getting my CT scan! Jimmy was my nurse and he has the best personality and took really good care of me. Dr Dannemiller did a great job of explaining everything to me and even followed up with me the very next day! My number one ER stop from now on! Great place
