Ms Catherine is awesome she tries really hard to keep the property up and she work with you and keep you up to date on important matters. Ms.Barbara is kind and helps you with issues right away. The maintenance crew work hard keeping the grounds clean . The Pallidum is a good community to live in.

People can say what they want but for the past three years of my experience at Palladium Glenn Heights they have took in very care of me and my twin babies Miss Barbara Ms. Catherine Miss Luis and Miss April were very welcoming very nice very understanding and very business professional I enjoyed the activities they had monthly for children and the home mentality. They had a real nice maintenance team by the name of Gary but he no longer works there he was the best maintenance I’ve ever experienced at an apartment he had the pool clean he took care of things when things went wrong in the apartments he was a great guy I am so sad that people will be moving won’t get to experience the maintenance guy but overall the Palladium going Heights is a company to go very well care of me and my beautiful babies may everyone who come to the apartments experience the same experience I experience for over three years my lease will be ending And I will be sad to go but they are better things out there for me good luck

I was really excited about moving here, the process could have been more organized and better but no apartment office is perfect! Once I got my keys and everything was settled I opened the door and began to look around and I saw one roach. I go back the next day and maybe I saw 10 all paralyzed or almost dead. I go back and put bates out and I still see them maybe 4. I just left today and I e began using boric acid. These apartments aren’t old, I had not even moved any of my things into the apartment so it wasn’t that I brought them with me. I don’t know what is causing it, I get it could be the weather but hopefully the office and I can figure it out together because that was very disappointing to me and I was definitely expecting better since the apartments aren’t that old

So first of I’m going to start with Katherine she is amazing! Very sweet and humble to her words. The apartments are nice we moved in 2 days ago and I’m feeling some type of way about it. People up stairs are nosy and we really don’t complain I honestly understand they probably have kids so I know how that can be but when my kids are playing we hear banging like there telling us to shh. Katherine is very amazing and deals with any situation or concerns I have she is amazing!

I lived here and recently moved out a few months ago. For it to be my first apartment it was nice. I am giving it a two star due to the spider infestation. I am terrified of spiders and they were everywhere from the day I moved in. I couldn’t wait to move out! I can’t stress this enough. They came and sprayed but it never worked. I wasn’t dirty I didn’t have a lot of things in my apartment yet I had big and small spiders in my house. Breaking of people’s cars. It never happened to me but the police came by everyone’s door asking about it, but yet they still couldn’t find who did it. It’s cool for a first apartment but I wouldn’t live there again.
