The assistant menager is very mean and wicked I swear to God

These reviews… must be done by office staff themselves! Me and my husband (we are both black) went into the office and the Manager, had the WORST attitude. (heavy set blonde hair woman) I asked too see the floor plans and instead of giving it too me, there was multiple right by here computer, she told me to go online. I asked if I could see one and she said no, simply because she didn’t feel like it. A white couple walks in and she’s all smiles and HANDS them floorplans. I don’t know her issue, but it’s 2022! My skin tone shouldn’t determine the way you treat me. She wasn’t welcoming at all. She wasn’t informative at all. She was not interested in the rudest way possible!

I have lived in 3 different apartments here -- (2) 1-bedroom apts, and (1) 3-bedroom apartment. I moved away to another apartment complex and in 10 wks was right back at PFW. The place is tight on rules, yes, but that means it is clean, maintenance is done in a timely manner, and noise issues are eventually addressed. The only problems I have had, the mgmt has been excellent in helping me find acceptable solutions. The office is always staffed by 2 people and they are helpful and cheerful and know what they are doing. There has been frequent property manager change of personnel, but Laura at the leasing desk has been here a long time and is a pleasure to talk to. The management company - Omnium -- is excellent. Don't hesitate to move here. Three years and I have no complaints.

This place is 5 out of 5 stars Lucy Is New to Management But She’s excellent she made me and my small family feel so much hope and joy on this apartment search My daughter absolutely adored her As well This place is Beautiful Apartment is Very Spacious And Modern They have so much to offer children as well which is an absolute plus My daughter and partner loved the snacks Set out for Guests to enjoy The Property Manager was also Great She Went above and beyond her title To make sure Me and my Partner Felt Hopeful of Getting a place here Application Process is a Breeze! I can’t wait to call this place home! Thanks For all the Help Ladies You all were great!

I’ve moved here since they’ve build the day and they are great with who lives here and I refuse to move out. Good experience with. Strict rules that I don’t mind. It’s safe! Place is too clean and fixing things right away. It my home and friendly staff and service.
