Super friendly as soon as we walked in! We were new to town and a really nice lady at the entrance showed and explained everything to us and guided us. Everyone is so nice and caring!

OPS has helped me and my children for the past 9yrs. My children's father is retired military and suffered a lot due to many deployments. OPS were always a lending ear and comfort to me and my kids. It was a safe and welcoming place I knew I could always go to and we would be welcomed with open arms. The staff are amazing, loving, caring and so helpful. I have been through some tough patches in life and they were always there to help me with food, furniture even paid for a rental car when I flew home to England for the unexpected death of my father. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I have watch this place grow and expand in order to help reach more military families. It's just a amazing environment to be in and the people are guenuine good people who just want to help.

Love this place. Helpful to find deals at their thrift store. And food pantry has helped us when we were low on funds. They have multiple programs to help soldiers, veterans and civilians.

The attention and helpfulness of the volunteers here is awesome. They truly understand that folks coming there need a little help. There is no judgement, they don't look down on you. They simply have a yearning to help folks with needs. They go out of their way to try and help you. They offer sales in the store, even with their already really low prices. The food pantry is setup to ensure quality, portions, and even functions like a small assembly line. They give guidance or instructions showing how to get more assistance as needed.
