Yet another bait and switch operation. They have apartments listed on their website. I literally just got off the phone with them and they told me how it's programmed to always show apartments open even when they don't have any open. And the prices are outrageous.

This apartment building is a bad place for you they managers always have a additude they don’t help you and they always get smart with you and they have roaches

I lived here for 4 years and I loved everthing about this place at first. I stayed to myself and didn't bother anyone. I legit was the first tenant of my apt in east liberty place south; I moved in prior to their "grand opening" while they were still finishing the building all for the management to treat me badly. The up keep of the building went down tremendously. I was harrassed and discriminated against by both the neighbors and management. Do yourself a favor, SAVE YOUR SELF AND DON'T RENT FROM THE COMMUNITY BUILDERS!!!

Horrible place they didnt answer any questions never got anything done when there was stuff wrong I wouldn't recommend this to anybody

Tried to call and see if they had any apartments available. Lady was quite rude and rushy. I understand you guys are busy but she was sighing into the phone like I had interrupted her. Will look elsewhere.
