My son received therapy with them, he was with 3 different therapists (between each of them he was on a waiting list for months since I speak Spanish. I fought a lot to stay with them since on more than one occasion they told me to look for help in another place. My son is currently receiving therapy elsewhere and I had to go to this establishment again for a certificate proving that he has received therapy with them for a certain number of years and names of the therapists. It's been a little over two weeks. waiting for a response since the Advocate insists that it is difficult to give me something and that my son does not receive therapy with them. I find their response incredible since it was the Nashville Childrens Alliance that left my son without therapy due to their internal issues. I had to be insisting on the service. I hope the director can see this because I tried to contact her but I had no response. I need to send the documents urgently and here I am alone waiting for them. I will be attentive to any calls and updating the situation

We have a child going there cause it is mandated! They suck big time, there has been NO change in our child after 2 years! Our child is just a bad off or worse since first going! They slow them to take a nap anytime no communicating! They allow to just listen to their music or just watch TikTok or what ever they want no counseling whatsoever so ever!!!
