My sister lives there and currently trying to help my elderly friend to move in there. Mary the office manager has been very helpful and very professional. I really like her. The tenants seem to love her!

Lived here since June 14, 2011 and don't plan on moving until the day I die. I absolutely love it here. As with any multi dwelling, there are always a few busy bodies willing to start rumors but if you don't give out personal information, you will be just fine.

I have lived here two years and Elvira is a wonderful manager she does so much for the veterans, and for the elderly she does more than previous managers,we are so Blessed to have her here.

My cousin lives there . Manager is confrontational to her and other elderly people. Constantly threatening to kick them out for little or no reason. Manager charges 100.00 cash and more sometimes for extra parking permit for us to have a second parking spot. for family and friends to visit overnite.She is not suppose to be a charge for 2nd permit. She is pocketing from the tenant for the parking passes. Most residents get food from Corpus Christi Food Bank. She cancelled it in December. Manager did so residents would not have their monthly food bank donation. She did allow Food Bank to return in Jan. 2016. The recreational room aka The Club House in December was renting out to outsiders for private parties. Manager collected the cash. No outside parties are allowed. This female manager feels like she is GOD over every tenant. She treats everyone ugly. 8-10 people have keys to the office, so they can go into building to watch cable tv. These are her favorites. This place needs to be investigated by CC housing authority and Federal govt. who pays the majority of these disabled people. They pay a portion according to income. So sad one manager has so much control . SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED. The company who owns the building is out of Houston, Texas. The are slum lords.

Management is rude, awkward, and confrontational. Gate doesn't work and they get mad at people for driving the "wrong way" even though there aren't any one way signs. Plus I've never even actually seen senior citizens there always younger people probably mooching off their parents and grandparents.
