This place has horrible communication !!! They tell you one thing but then do another ! They send you a link for a phone visit and once u confirm they want you to re -confirm in a time frame that fits best for them ! You miss that 15-30 min time frame u miss calls !! when you already confirmed and they are scheduled phone calls as it is !! You should only have to confirm an appointment “ONCE “ just like everywhere else ! They do not notify you if they are closed or if they happen to have “ water leaks “ building problems you just miss out on your time with your child .. you also get missed time with your child because “ they can accommodate everyone “” I have hopes to find a new and better managed facility soon !

For my experience at this location, it was pretty amazing from the situation I got put into. The workers here are amazing and they will work with you to the best of their abilities. I see that there’s a lot of negative about this place due to people always being upset. Yes, I do understand that the supervise visits are a pain, but they are worth it if you love your children, the ladies will work with you and work with the other party the best they can do. Only thing I do suggest is having a little bit of patience. They are busy they do have A lot of other families Trying to exact same thing you’re doing do not give this place a negative review. They do have plenty of items, books and toys for your children to play with. They do offer a lot of different options to do with your children at the location.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Never bring your kids here. They cancel your visits never let you make them up people are rude here they never answer the phone. The visiting rooms are as big as a bathroom.they close for every possible reason they can and never let you reschedule your visit. They do not like to work with you always make you feel that they are against you. They complain about everything possible plz make sure not to bring any dirt inside the building with your shoes they'll have u vacuuming everywhere you walked. And they pick and choose what they want to write down in your visits on their summaries they write.
