This place is a FRAUD!!!!!!! They used all the one and two bedroom rooms as "offices". They have more offices than employees most days. They also DO NOT allow service animals at all. Which is illegal but if you challenge their rules then they find reasons to terminate your stay there. If you disagree with a decision they make the appeal process is basically you file an appeal and then wait for ........... nothing. I'm just curious how a non profit who claims to be an "equal opportunity service provider" is able to discriminate against people with disabilities?? In direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
