I have been on the list since March 2021 and I don’t get through ! I was with Famicos in 2016-2018 and I love them but been emailing them and know answer

Terrible customer service, never answering their phones. I was told they had a waiting list that was 3 to 6 months and I've been waiting on placement along with hearing back from someone for 13 months now. I've called the numbers that were given to me and managed to fill the voicemail of two property managers. Now at this point I wouldn't even give them a star, they truly deserve less than that.

I hate having to call this place. They have horrible customer service. I used to love my house when Hallmark and Cleveland Housing Network were over the property, but ever since Famicos took over I have been very disappointed. I have no heat due to an issue with the furnace and since yesterday morning I have called multiple times during business hours and the after hours line, buy still no reply. It's freaking cold in this house and I have two children. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could.

I hate to even give them a star! I also hate that a few years ago we switched over from Hallmark to Famicos! I have lived in my home for almost 14 years, and never dealt with such horrible customer service....from the property managers(who never have the correct answers or answers at all to questions asked after returning your call months later) to the property managers supervisor (whose attitude was the worst ever!) to the maintenance department (who was non existent and put bandages over things that really needed fixing if they ever came out). It would take weeks to get our grass cut, weeks to years to get things repaired, and concerns go unheard for weeks and weeks. But when it came to getting their money....they was always on time for that! I recently moved because i felt it was time to move on from this horrible situation...and have yet got a walk through done or word on my security deposit and i have been gone about a month! Now i must say the old property manager...Mrs. Peeks was very helpful and nice, and the receptionist at the Ansel site is also very helpful and showed very good customer service and patience ....but everyone else I've come across...horrible customer service and attitudes. I always thought Famicos was a good company because of all.the good programs they offer, and i wont take that away from them. But as property managers 👎...they would get a negative star from me...

offers a variety of services(heap,credit repair, senior support for this community and today was pick up gift cards from our council man for Christmas
every year there's a number to call(city hall) then they will mail your letter only if your (ward 9) residents
