princess alava rated 1 6 months ago They single people out target them and allow everyone whose on drugs to use. They don’t provide and impartial services and all of them stay on their cellphones and talk down to a lot of pregnant women |
Michael Alber rated 1 6 months ago Terrible counselors and services for men regarding domestic abuse. Highly suggest men to totally avoid this service and seek extremely way better services for men. They discriminate men at this facility to the full degree. Reverse discrimination towards men at this facility. Counselors there experience psychosis living in imagination land. Noticed a counselor was delusional believing 10 out of 10 men wear lipstick when I asked a question during group therapy with everyone listening in thinking that was an odd answer. Figured counselor was experiencing psychosis. |

June Paul rated 2 a year ago I reached out to Equinox to ask about services for my son with schizophrenia, but never received a call back. Once again, I am saddened by the lack of quality in the services and supports available to people that suffer from severe and persistent mental illness - it is shameful. There is so little support - and what is available is pretty terrible. I know my posting here is likely fruitless, but I am sending my sadness and exhaustion out to the universe in hopes that someday, we as a people will develop a kindness and understanding of the many thousands of people that suffer from SPMIs. They deserve better. |
Nah Bee rated 1 a year ago What a waste of time. Terrible facilities, services are a joke, and apparently it’s just as bad to work here because they can’t keep staff. Callbacks take at least 24+ hours. The psychiatrist is so overworked I had to wait six months for an appointment, and you’ll be lucky if he’s less than 20 minutes late. You can’t see him unless you’re seeing one of their therapists, but they’ll change your therapist every two months when they inevitably quit and you’ll be expected to start from scratch with a new one. I had two therapists in the span of four months, and when I declined to be assigned to a third, they refused to provide me with medical records. This clinic is supposed to help people in need but dealing with these unreasonable frustrations only worsened my situation. |
