AWFUL AGENCY. After approving the qualified OPWDD purchase reimbursement my care coordinator got word and a month later asked when will they issue the money. This agency started acting shady and turned around and then DENIED IT. My care coordinator told me it was very tough trying to follow up with them. I believe they didn't want me to get a reimbursement because of their own personal reasons. Baffling to say the least.

Whoever answers the phone need to retire getting threw to anyone is almost impossible and the lady who answers the phone is confused or insanely preoccupied

This agency is a joke I missed the agency community services for disabled this new agency community for every don't really help u they only help that beneficial for them my father passed away last year on February 5th and my care coordinator and the agency took advantage of that and I needed a new payee which I had and my coordinator talked to the ssi people to hold my money or what conversation they had I dident get my money 4 almost 6 months and don't that long for them to change payees which already had almost lost every thing because of community services for every one then 4 months ago my care coordinator ask me for the bills like they always did so your rent can go little lower to make easy checking my bills to see if my payee was doing what he was doing what ge was supposed to do and she aske reason why my bills is so high and I told call si and asked them when they send me my checks community services trying to be my payee and I dident need them to be please do not go to this agency cause they will try every they can to be your payee and they really don't help u they only help u when it's beneficial and convenient for them I just quit them this year
