I REALLY NEED SOME HELP Hello . my name is carolyn Watkins and I have three boys 13,12,and 9. I thought I would reach out myself to ask for help with a car for me and my three kids. I was in a domestic relationship for over 10 years and now I'm not I keep losing jobs because of no car. All this company all ways talking about helping but I can't find help no where my caseworker told me to email your company and I have but no respond back so I'm emailing you for help. I really need a big break. I went school for Microsoft computer and now I can't get a job or far my career because of a big sit back. If there is anyway that you can help me I really would appreciate it. ? Is , is there really program that can help or is it a scam?

Probably quieter than most shelters due to low resident count. Food will often make you ill for days. Staff and residents alike are poor at handling transgender and non-binary individuals and often will not follow their own protocols. Do not stay out 2 days even though you can be out 3 nights before they take their bed. They jump the gun and often rob you of items including non-perishables which they claim they will not take. Staff will often make injured people wait large amounts of time while in pain wait outside while they giggle in the office.

Specifically says no walkins, call to schedule appointment. I call. Follow operator commands, enter multiple prompts to get to a new message. Finally someone answers. Apparently they have no idea why I am calling even though I narrowed it down to the exact reason after answering 4 questions and redirecting the call. So I try to explain what I was calling about. I accidentally said 'emergency housing' Instead of 'emergency shelter' and received an irritated person talking down to me about how they "don't provide emergency housing and bla bla bla." Can't even schedule an appointment but something tells me people donating don't need to endure word games. Extremely disappointed. In unbearable pain for 8 days straight, lost my roof as a result, and call a charity for emergency help only to be given grammar lessons. I didn't recall pressing a button to receive English classes, either.

The Catholic church is one of the richest organizations in the world. They don't pay taxes. They also don't return calls. Idk but I don't think God has operating hours. This seems much more like a business or corporation than a church.

I have to thank Catholic charities for Patti Cardieri. I called for assistance on Monday and on a prayer I got thru immediately. Patti gave me some simple instructions and a email once I followed thru and on Tuesday morning Patti gave me a call back stating that they would handle it. I felt such a weight being lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Patti Cardieri I truly appreciate you. The next should be so lucky🍀
