No one ever answered the phone. However, I am working with someone there and sent an email she responded timely.

They never answer the phone. The answering machine asks you to leave a message so that they can call you back, we're still waiting for a callback since 45 days ago. We've tried calling back but no answer, and have found no information anywhere online as to how they're assisting clients.Nothimg posted at their location, either. I'm not sure if they're really working or if they temporarily closed their offices. I'm talking about the offices in Dallas, TX and in San Diego, CA.

Really good Charity place when in need of help with rent, bills and even groceries. They also assist with immigration issues. Every single employee there are very nice and humble, always eager to help does in need.. They can also provide you with clothing and Sandals like does they gave me..
