Yes this place is really a joke can't leave your contact no one answers morning noon nor evenings. Just sad when someone needs help and can't get it taking the use of an entity and misuse it's authority. Pathetic

Awhile back, I had an insanely awful counselor from this organization (Esmeralda) who through her “Catholic” approach to mental health and therapy, basically enforced my moms emotional/psychological abuse and neglect of me as a kid simply because she was my mom and should mindlessly be respected. Religious indoctrination has no place in helping someone with their mental health issues, and especially when dealing with abuse. I’m glad I didn’t see her for very long, and now being older I can see how such “counseling” brought young me nothing but misery at the time. Wouldn’t recommend :)

Absolute liars and thieves. Took my rental assistance money I was approved for, and won't return it. Made up all kinds of lies and now ignore me. They are not Christians, they are all about the money. Hope someone got a good vacation out of the funds I desperately needed.
