Very unprofessional in reaching back out to you via email or phone calls. Had to contact different personnels to get to my caseworker. You have to find work 10 days after your intake but have to wait 30-45 days for them to process your paperwork. If you are relocating they expect for you to be working in that county 10 days after your intake with no place to live.. which makes no sense to me.

She went out of her way to assist me in hard times even when it was not convenient for her to do so! Also I would like to shine light on Jackie Lyles for showing me the same respect and assistance. I emailed her and she responded back immediately and I also received a phone call from her. We corresponded via email and all of my paperwork was processed and completed in a timely manner. I had all but given up, and she patiently walked me through options for proof of income documentation. Ms. Little handled my situation with professionalism and courtesy, and worked quickly for a resolution. You have a gem of an employee, and I just wanted to leave that feedback. We always hear about negative interactions, so I wanted to give a shout-out and show some love to Ms. Little. She's awesome.

I needed some help with the resident portal and Ms. Hilton answered my call. I was really impressed with the level of service I received. I had a great experience with Ms. Hilton. She was very responsive, patient and helpful, and together we were able to resolve my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
