I stopped by by bus and also found closed. No hours posted ”see ya tomorrow”. Will look for another donation location. Hours should not be posted on google if they are inaccurate.

I dropped off donations today during their donation window on Wednesday. The woman was absolutely lovely. It was a very easy exchange. There is a limit to the volume of what you can donate. So just be mindful of that.

Wish I had believed the reviews. Drove 35 minutes to get here..arrived at 5:30 on a Tuesday to donate some very nice men's suits...store closed and no one answering the phone. So disappointed. Will not try again, suggest others don't waste the gas.

Terrible! Completely unresponsive. I have left many emails and voice messages trying to donate a large number of men’s suits. Finally I drove to the location on their posted donation day, and they were not even open. Do not waste your time when there are many other charities to support.

Don't go out of your way to help this organization. I had some very nice men's suits to donate and called twice - left a message indicating that I live 30 miles away and would like to make sure they are accepting donations and are still open due to COVID. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. Today, I drove to Chicago to donate the suits because the website indicated they accept donations on Tuesdays 2 -4. Arrived at 3 and a sign on the door said "CLOSED - BE BACK TOMORROW." Another person arrived at the same time and was also frustrated; he said "these guys are the worst, I'm going to donate my things to Salvation Army." I will too! Note to Bridge to Success: if you want people to be charitable, you need to find some manners and professionalism.
