These people are rude and inconsiderate, very disappointed in my experience! The lady in the office is very rude then she told everyone that I was rude and left me to set in the extreme heat for hours, then when she asked me why I was there she used what I said against me and I was a risk staying there because I'm trying to leave a abusive relationship and have nowhere to go. They don't care about people here.

It was Nice for the Most Part. Families have to be on the 2nd floor with No Ac, so it gets uncomfortably hot at night But! if yu don't obtain a full time job in 2 weeks like yu can make sumbody hire yu, Yu will be kixked out! The Man that's responsible for kixkin yu out Seems to take more pleasure in ppl who kiss aszz n He dont like New Yorkers. Food was Great, Most Staff is Very Friendly!

This place is a bad joke, I have taken homeless folks there to find shelter from the sweltering heat and this has happened every time I have went which is several times, the woman at the door is so very rude and NEVER has a bed open!
Folks are hurting and need so much encouragement to be treated like a piece of refuse is not only rude, uncaring and cold but a disgrace and someone needs to do something about Arlington’s homeless population!!!!!
The only people doing anything is Ms Tillie and Mission Arlington they do what they can but no housing and no escape from the heat.

Rude people like the guy named Mr. Melvin who take pleasure out of picking on the mentality disabled adults and writing them up from things that is messed up... I had a mental breakdown and I went to the common area with one of my friends who said that they can help me to talk me out of the breakdown and then we got wrote up. I never recommend this place for people who have mental disabilities or physical disabilities to live here...
