I have more of a question if anyone knows the answer, I was wondering if you get accepted to a housing authority in Texas an have a section 8 voucher do you have to pay the security deposit and first months rent or do the housing authority pay for one an I pay for the other or will they help with that an do they help with utilities?

Just drop off some papers for my daughter

No one ever answers the phone,but when I go up there there someone sitting at the front desk. I can be outside the building, knowing someone is sitting there and call and still no one answers.
